Location: Sheffield
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction & Trades division in our Sheffield office. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or have a strong background in sales, construction, or site management—we want to hear from you!

– What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage a 360° recruitment desk placing skilled tradespeople and site professionals across Yorkshire and the Midlands

Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and contractors

Source and register high-quality candidates including labourers, joiners, electricians, and site managers

Conduct regular on-site visits, ensuring quality placements and client satisfaction

Work to individual and team targets with support from a high-performing leadership team

– What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, construction, or field-based sales

Knowledge of the construction and trades industry preferred

Confident communicator with the ability to develop new business

Organised, resilient, and comfortable working at pace

Full UK driving licence (some travel to sites will be required)
